OXNARD POLICE DEPARTMENT NEWS RELEASE DETAILS: On June 5, 2019, at approximately 2:00 P.M., Property Crimes Detectives from the Oxnard Police Department conducted a shoplifting operation in partnership with Home Depot loss prevention employees. The focus of the operation was to identify, detain, and arrest persons suspected of shoplifting. During the 4-hour operation, detectives and loss prevention personnel arrested two adults. The adults were identified as 30-year old Joseph Caiazzo-Ramirez and 26-year old Adriana Rodriguez. Two 16-year old juveniles were also detained and arrested for shoplifting during the operation.
