SUBJECT: Union Pacific Rail Road Arm down/malfunctioning
LOCATION: Northbound and Southbound Lanes Rose Avenue at Fifth Street.

Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR) arms/gates are down and malfunctioning at Rose Avenue and Fifth Street. Northbound and Southbound Lanes at Rose Avenue are currently closed due to the down Railroad Arms. UPRR has been notified and is working to correct the arm/gate malfunction. Currently, there is no ETA when the problem will be corrected. Motorists are encouraged to use other routes until further notice.

The railway arm has been fixed and is operational.
