DETAILS:

Since December 2010 the Oxnard Police Department has received several reports regarding vehicle tampering and wheel thefts citywide. Victims have found their vehicles on blocks with all four wheels missing. The thefts have been occurring during nighttime hours. Residents are asked to call 911 if they observe any suspicious activity.
