DETAILS:
On April 16, 2017 at 6:34 pm Oxnard Police Department officers responded to the 1700 block of Elsinore Avenue to investigate reports of a shooting. Officers located one victim with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to his arm. The 28-year-old male victim was transported to Ventura County Medical Center in stable condition.
Witnesses described the suspect as a Hispanic male in his 30s last seen fleeing in a vehicle, possibly a gold Chevrolet Cavalier.
