DETAILS:
On May 9, 2017 at 6:15 am the Oxnard Police Department received reports of a shooting victim in the area of San Mateo Place and Kepler Drive. Officers responded and located one victim who apparently had a single gunshot wound. The victim was transported to the Ventura County Medical Center with a non-life-threatening injury.
Officers were unable to locate a crime scene.
