DETAILS:
On December 30, 2017, at approximately 5:20 a.m., Officers from the Oxnard Police Department responded to reports of two suspects prowling on the rooftop of the vacant business, located at 300 West Esplanade Drive. The suspects were contacted as they attempted to leave the area. They were found to be in possession of stolen copper wiring and additional property, which was determined to be taken from the rooftop of the business.
Officers subsequently arrested Delwyn Brown and Martin Ramos for multiple theft related charges. Both suspects were also found to have multiple outstanding warrants issued and were additionally charged.
