SUSPECT(S): | The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, in his 20s, approximately 5’5”-5’8” tall, 130-150 lbs., with dark hair, brown eyes, and a dark complexion. He is described as having a scar over his right eyebrow. The suspect had a plain gray hooded sweatshirt, black pants, and black shoes. |

(OXNARD, Calif) – The Oxnard Police Department is investigating multiple reports of a man exposing himself to women in the South End of Oxnard.
On January 23, 2013 at about 7:30 a.m., police were called to “J” Street and Clara Street when a woman reported seeing a man exposing himself. She told police that the man was acting in a suspicious manner. As she walked by the man, she could see that the man was exposed and touching himself.
This man is also believed to be linked to other cases where he has exposed himself to unsuspecting girls on their way to school.
The Oxnard Police Department is asking for the public’s help to identify this man.
