SUSPECT:    Aldrian Higgs, 41 year-old Oxnard Resident

LOCATION:  Hemlock St / Dunsmuir St, Oxnard

On the above date/time, Oxnard Police officers conducted a traffic stop on a person riding an electric scooter for a vehicle code violation at Hemlock Street and Dunsmuir Street.  During the traffic stop officers found Higgs to have a loaded handgun concealed in his waistband. Higgs was arrested for multiple firearms violations.
