SUBJECT:     Firearm Arrest 

SUSPECT:    Juan Juarez, 27 year old Oxnard resident

LOCATION:  Third Street / Hayes Avenue, Oxnard

On the above date/time, Oxnard Police officers responded to a subject passed out in a vehicle with its engine running at the above intersection. Officers made contact with the driver, Juarez, and ultimately arrested him for driving under the influence of drugs.  During a search of Juarez’ vehicle, officers located an unregistered loaded firearm with a high capacity magazine.  Juarez was also charged with multiple firearms violations.
