SUBJECT: Firearm Arrest
SUSPECTS: Nicholas Santana, 28 year-old Oxnard Resident
LOCATION: 100 block Ventura Boulevard, Oxnard

On the above date/time, Oxnard Police Officers responded to a storage facility in the 100 block of Ventura Boulevard regarding a domestic dispute at the business.
On scene, officers recognized the two persons involved in the dispute, Santana and an adult female, and recalled that they both were previously advised not to return to the business or they would be arrested for trespassing. Both persons attempted to flee but were detained reference the trespass violation. Santana was found to be in possession of a loaded firearm and was arrested for firearms violations and trespassing. The adult female was also arrested for trespassing and drug violations.
