DETALLES: 
En 12/23/10 en aproximadamente 11:30 al, police officers responded to calls of a male disturbing at the Oxnard Estado Playa Parque.  El sujeto fue identificado como 45 años de edad, Regan Patno de Ventura.  Patno fue desnudando y exponerse a varios padres y sus hijos pequeños en el patio del parque.

 

When the first officer arrived, Patno ran into the crowd of children and parents and grabbed onto one of the children in a possible attempt to use the child as a shield or to protect him from being arrested.  As the officer aggressed on the suspect to take action, he was immediately assisted by the father of the child and several other community members who came to the aid of the child.  El niño fue separado por la fuerza de Patno pero los oficiales siguió luchando con el sospechoso, que se resistía a los oficiales’ esfuerzos para tomar el control de él.  Los oficiales fueron capaces de tomar el control del sospechoso y lo colocan en un dispositivo de envoltura corporal para impedir que se dañe a sí mismo.  El sospechoso sufrió heridas leves y fue trasladado a la Ventura Condado Médico Centro antes de ser transportado a la Cárcel del Condado de Ventura Principal.

Detectives de la Policía de Oxnard recibieron información de que una ciudad de Oxnard empleado estaba usando una tarjeta emitida gas empleado para uso personal.   Después de una larga investigación., evidence was collected to arrest the suspect, Edmundo Rosas.  

 

El sospechoso, (Edmundo Rosas, 47 años de edad, Ciudad de Oxnard empleado y vecino de Ventura) fue acusado de hurto mayor por malversación de fondos.  La pérdida estimada para la Ciudad de Oxnard es más $1,000.  Rosas se encuentra detenido en la cárcel del Condado de Ventura, en lugar de $10,000 fianza.

El domingo de Oficiales de Policía de Oxnard respondieron a una llamada de posibles disparos dentro de una residencia en el 1200 block of Domingo Place, in the Oxnard, which resulted in an officer involved shooting.

 

Durante la investigación de la policía se enteró de que el sospechoso había amenazado a un familiar dentro de la residencia con un arma antes de los oficiales que se llaman. Once the police arrived at the scene, the suspect leaned out of a second floor window with a gun. El sospechoso posteriormente disparó un arma de fuego y el oficial de Dave Lacara disparó su arma contra el sospechoso. As the City of Oxnard welcomes in the New Year, the Oxnard Police Department wants to remind drivers to drive sober and safely on New Year’s Eve. During the month of December, the Oxnard Police Traffic Unit has participated in several DUI enforcement operations in the City of Oxnard and throughout Ventura County. The Oxnard Police Department has arrested 69 DUI drivers from these operations and the efforts of our patrol officers.

The checkpoint will be held throughout the City of Oxnard and is funded by a grant from the California Office of Traffic Safety through the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.

 

After midnight, several officers who were working at the checkpoint will begin patrolling the City of Oxnard until 4:00 A.M. searching for impaired drivers. Over the 2009 New Year’s Eve weekend, the Oxnard Police Department investigated seven alcohol-related collisions and arrested 25 drivers for DUI. Officers arrested 13 of those drivers on New Year’s Eve and the early morning hours of New Year’s Day.

El 1 de diciembre 2008 en aproximadamente 2040 horas, agentes del Departamento de Policía de Oxnard respondieron a una llamada de una víctima del tiroteo en el 800 bloque de S. Oxnard Blvd.. Upon their arrival, they found a victim who had been shot. Uriel Loya Bucio murió a consecuencia de los disparos.

Los detectives se enteraron de que el señor. Bucio trabajaba en un concesionario de coches en el 800 bloque de S. Oxnard Blvd.. Sr.. Bucio salía del negocio con su joven hijo cuando fueron confrontados por el sospechoso Miguel Peña. Pena condenó al Sr.. Bucio y su hijo en el suelo a punta de pistola. El sospechoso exigió bienes personales de la víctima y la víctima cumpla con las demandas del sospechoso. El sospechoso posteriormente disparó a la víctima y salió corriendo de la zona. Sr.. El hijo de Bucio no se hizo daño.

La investigación ha progresado hasta el punto de que dos sospechosos han sido identificados como responsables por el robo y asesinato de Uriel Bucio. Estos dos sospechosos estaban actualmente en custodia por un cargo de robo relacionado en la Cárcel del Condado de Ventura Principal. El 21 de diciembre 2010, Miguel Pena de Oxnard y Gerardo Mariscal de Oxnard fueron detenidos por el robo circunstancia especial y asesinato de Uriel Bucio. Miguel Peña disparó al Sr.. En 12/19/10 at approximately 2304hours, officers were dispatched to a stabbing victim at 632 Lo. Poplar, a board and care home. When they arrived they located the victim, who had suffered three stab wounds to her back and one stab wound to her neck. La víctima estaba consciente y capaz de hablar. She told officers that she was lying in bed when another resident, Dora Riley, came into the victim’s room and they started talking. During the conversation, Riley became upset and started to stab the victim with a knife.

The victim was transported to VCMC, where she was immediately taken into surgery. Ella se encontraba en condición grave pero estable.

DETALLES:

Oficiales de la Policía de Oxnard respondieron a una llamada de posibles disparos dentro de una residencia en el 1200 Bloquear Domingo Place, Oxnard. Los oficiales que respondieron encontraron con miembros de la familia de Victor Bonifasio Tafolla fuera del hogar. Bonifasio estaba dentro de la casa con un arma de fuego. Disparó el arma y se enfrentó a los oficiales que estaban de pie fuera de la casa. Hubo disparos.

Bonifasio salió de la casa desde una ventana del segundo piso y fue puesto bajo custodia por oficiales sin más incidentes. Policía de Oxnard está investigando un tiroteo que tuvo lugar aproximadamente a las 5:20 a.m. en el área de Cedar St. / G St. La información preliminar indica que una de 35 años edad, fue baleado por desconocidos sospechosos con un arma de fuego no determinada. En 12/13/2010, en aproximadamente 3:30 PM, Officers from the Oxnard Police Department were serving an arrest warrant at a home in the 3300 bloque de la calle Clinton, Oxnard. Julie Adair, the wanted subject, fled from the residence toward an alley behind the home. En 12-16-10, en aproximadamente 0500 horas, Oxnard Police Officers responded to Fifth Street and Rose Avenue for a traffic collision. While investigating the incident, the officers learned that the above listed subjects were victims of a shooting which occurred in the 1300 a 1400 bloque del Sur G Street. El vehículo, which was being driven by Magallanes, was transporting victim Hernandez to the hospital when she became involved in the traffic collision. The other passenger, Adrian Mendoza, suffered minor injuries as a result of the collision, as was the 50-year old male driver of the other vehicle. Posteriormente Magallanes fue arrestado y acusado de conducir delito grave bajo la influencia del alcohol y causar lesiones. Hernández fue trasladado al Centro Médico del Condado de Ventura, donde se encontraba en condición estable con una herida de bala en la cara. La lesión no está en peligro la vida.

Los investigadores aún están tratando de determinar si el tiroteo fue relacionada con pandillas.
