DETALLES:
En 08/12/2012 en 2:00 p.m. Harold Rakowiecki estaba en casa y habló con la familia por teléfono. En 08/13/2012 en 9:25 a.m., Rakowiecki’s family called the Oxnard Police Department to report him missing. Rakowiecki is known to walk to area beaches, the Oxnard Transportation Center, and the Camarillo Airport.
 
Sr.. Rakowiecki is described as a white male adult, 6’ alto, 190 lbs., Pelo castaño, blue eyes, with a tattoo of a skull on one of his forearms. He was last seen wearing an unknown color shirt, gray shorts with stripes on the sides, and sandals.

DETALLES:
En 8-9-12, en 2016 horas, officers responded to the intersection of Vineyard Avenue at Simon Way re: una posible lesión de golpear y correr colisión. Un tractor semi y remolque que se desplaza a una velocidad lenta de la velocidad chocó con otro vehículo. El camión se alejó. Un automovilista que había sido testigo de la colisión siguió el semi mientras viajaba en la autopista 101. El conductor fue capaz de llamar la atención del conductor del camión y aconsejar lo que había ocurrido. El conductor del camión estaba regresando a la escena en la unidad de cogeneración interceptó el camión grande.
 
Los oficiales determinaron que el conductor del camión no tenía conocimiento de la colisión hasta que sea notificado por el testigo. Una vez conscientes de la colisión, el conductor del camión regresó a la escena del accidente.
 
El conductor del otro vehículo era un varón de 73 años que sufrió heridas leves en la cabeza.
 
La causa de la colisión está bajo investigación. Ni conductor se encontraba bajo los efectos del alcohol o las drogas.

En 8-9-12, en 1901 horas, officers responded to the intersection of Hull Place and “M” Calle re: un accidente con lesiones. A vehicle travelling at a slow rate of speed struck a five-year old pedestrian causing significant, but non-life-threatening injuries. El niño fue llevado a un hospital local para recibir tratamiento. El conductor del vehículo implicado no estaba bajo la influencia de alcohol o drogas.

DETALLES:
En agosto 6, 2012, en alrededor 11:38 a.m., Oxnard PD officers responded to Camino Del Sol east of Garfield Avenue after receiving a call of an injury traffic collision. Once on scene, officers and EMS personnel found a Honda Civic had collided into a tree in the center divider. The occupants of the Honda, un 16 años de edad masculino (Nombre omitido), un 14 años de edad masculino (Nombre omitido) y un 14 años de edad femenina (Nombre omitido), were trapped in the vehicle and injured. All three occupants were transported to Ventura County Medical Center with moderate to serious injuries.

DETALLES:
En agosto 1, 2012 en alrededor 2025 oficiales del Departamento de Policía de Oxnard horas respondieron a una víctima punzante localizado en el 4700 bloque de Terrace Avenue. La víctima, un 30 años de edad, residente de Oxnard masculina, was taken to Ventura County Medical Center for his injuries. Durante la investigación se supo que la víctima se encontraba con varios sujetos en el callejón de Terrace Ave en el extremo sur de Oxnard. La víctima fue abordada por 3 sujetos desconocidos. (Oxnard, California) At 10:40 p.m. en junio 23, 2012, personnel from the Oxnard Police and Fire departments responded to the 1100 bloque del Sur "L” Street regarding a man possibly overdosing on drugs. La Policía de Oxnard y la División de Comunicaciones de Bomberos recibió una 911 llamar solicitando ayuda para una persona que posteriormente se determinó que sea residente de Oxnard de 26 años de edad, Robert Ramirez.  The caller told the dispatcher he believed Ramirez had swallowed a large amount of methamphetamine, described as an “eight ball.”  The caller described Ramirez as acting erratically and said Ramirez needed medical attention.
 
La persona que llamó dijo a la 911 dispatcher that the man was, “bouncing off the walls” and “it looks like he’s having a, like a, like a fit, almost borderline seizure.” At one point during the call, the caller asked for police to be sent.  The dispatcher assured the caller that both police and fire were being sent to Ramirez’s aid.
 
Assistant Chief Scott Whitney of the Investigative Services Bureau said, “We are still investigating this incident, but we do know that the officers did not strike, choke or use a taser on Mr. Ramírez.
