DETALLES:

Entre 8/16/12 y 8/18/12, a Hispanic male, aproximadamente 20-25 años de edad, was involved in several jewelry store robberies in the city Oxnard. The suspect fled the businesses and was seen getting into a light blue or silver colored 1990’s model Nissan Maxima. El sospechoso tomó una cantidad no revelada de la propiedad en cada uno de los robos. Investigators were able to obtain video surveillance of the suspect and the vehicle.

En 8/25/12, en acerca de 0251 horas, Oficiales desde la Oxnard Policía Departamento eran enviado a la 1300 bloque de Fremont Camino referencia suspicaz temas posible involucrado en auto robos en la zona. Oficiales llegado y contactado tres temas que eran en un estacionado vehículo en la callejón. Uno de la temas, Arturo Fuentes, era fundar a ser en posesión de propiedad que era tomado en un más temprano auto robo con fractura en la mismo zona. Fuentes era detenido para auto robo con fractura y bajo la influencia de un
controlada sustancia. La segundo sujeto desde la vehículo era también detenido para ser bajo la influencia de un controlada sustancia.

En 8/26/12 en aproximadamente 0224 horas, Oxnard police officers were dispatched to a fight with possible shots being fired in the area of Hemlock Street and “J” Calle. En 8/24/12 en aproximadamente 1350 horas, Los oficiales de policía de Oxnard fueron enviados a un robo de auto que acaba de ocurrir en la intersección de Hemlock Street con Patterson Road.. Los sospechosos entraron en un vehículo bloqueado y eliminado la propiedad. Un testigo del robo siguió a los sospechosos hasta que llegaron los agentes de policía.

El miércoles, Agosto 22, 2012 en 7:05 p.m., Los agentes de policía de Oxnard observaron un vehículo en el área de Pleasant Valley Road y "C” Calle, en Oxnard, that had been reported stolen on August 6, 2012 from Santa Barbara. The vehicle failed to stop for the officer and a brief pursuit began, which covered approximately one mile. The vehicle yielded in the 400 block of West Yucca Street, where the suspect exited the vehicle and fled through several backyards. Additional responding officers were able to locate the suspect hiding in a backyard approximately 2 blocks away, en el 400 bloque de Vine Street.
 
Suspect Davis Searles was booked into the Ventura County Jail for the felony charges of possessing a stolen vehicle and possession of a controlled substance, as well as evading officers.

El miércoles, Agosto 22, 2012 en 12:36 a.m., Policía de Oxnard intentaron detener a un vehículo sospechoso en la intersección de Kamala Street y "E” Street. The driver, Suspect Rodriguez, failed to stop, resulting in a short pursuit covering less than one mile. Rodriguez collided with a block wall in the 1500 bloque del Sur "J” Calle, after failing to negotiate a turn. The above described suspect vehicle was reported stolen the previous day from the 500 block of Hobson Way in Oxnard.
 
Suspect Rodriguez was medically treated then booked into Ventura County Jail for the felony charges of stolen vehicle and recklessly evading police.

En agosto 21, 2012, en aproximadamente 2 a.m., Oxnard PD recibió una llamada de un robo de garaje en curso en el 5200 bloque de Longfellow Way. Cuando llegaron los agentes contactaron a Alejandro Romero salir de un garaje abierto.  Officers located bolt cutters and pad locks that had been removed from garages in the area. He was arrested for burglary and possession of burglary tools.

DETALLES:
En 8-18-12, en 1350 horas, a male, 20 a 25 año, 5-7, short black hair, tattoos entered Ideal Furniture, ubicado en el 100 bloque del Este 5^ªCalle. Este tema le preguntó a un empleado si (el tema) podía mirar a un collar de metal de oro por valor de $3,400 (estimación de la víctima). As the employee held the necklace, the subject grabbed the necklace. Un forcejeo con el sospechoso en última instancia, tomando el collar y huir a pie.
 
Empleados de la tienda persiguieron pero no pudieron aprehender al sospechoso. Los empleados regresaron y notificaron a la Oxnard PD. Los agentes respondieron y se contactó con los empleados. Una búsqueda del sospechoso no tuvo éxito.
 
Una investigación continúa.

En 08/12/2012 en 2:00 p.m. Harold Rakowiecki estaba en casa y habló con la familia por teléfono. En 08/13/2012 en 9:25 a.m., Rakowiecki’s family called the Oxnard Police Department to report him missing. Rakowiecki is known to walk to area beaches, the Oxnard Transportation Center, and the Camarillo Airport.
 
Sr.. Rakowiecki is described as a white male adult, 6’ alto, 190 lbs., Pelo castaño, blue eyes, with a tattoo of a skull on one of his forearms. He was last seen wearing an unknown color shirt, gray shorts with stripes on the sides, and sandals.
