DETALLES:
En abril 11, 2014, en alrededor 1705 horas, agentes del Departamento de Policía de Oxnard respondieron a 2815 Saviers Road reference a call of an armed robbery which had just occurred. An unknown race male subject wearing a black ski mask, black sweater, and blue jeans entered the Fiesta Insurance business located at 2825 Saviers Road in the city of Oxnard. The suspect pointed a silver-colored handgun and demanded property from the business. The suspect obtained an undisclosed amount of property and fled southbound from the business on foot. The suspect was possibly seen entering a green unknown make automobile on the south side of Channel Islands Blvd.

En 3/28/14 en aproximadamente 2219 horas, Officers responded to a shooting victim in the area of Courtland Street and Clara Street. The suspect was described as a Hispanic male adult, alto, ‘stocky’ building, wearing a black jacket and black pants. There was no further description of the suspect.

Rocio had engaged in acts of sexual abuse with a child from Oxnard who was under the age of 10.

En 12/20/13, detectives from the Oxnard Police Department’s Narcotic and Vice unit conducted massage parlor compliance examinations throughout the City of Oxnard. This was done with the assistance of the Ventura County District Attorney’s office. Police had received multiple complaints about these specific locations. The complaints referred to the solicitation of sex and employees of the massage parlors possibly being under 18 años de edad.

The detectives responded to the above listed locations in Oxnard. Through today’s operation, three adults were arrested for Penal Code section 647(b) – Solicitation. If convicted, each person faces up to thirty days in jail, 3 years probation, and a fine.

The Oxnard Police Department takes complaints about this activity seriously and encourages those with information to contact detectives. The Department will conduct more enforcement details like these in the near future to ensure the businesses are operating in compliance with the law. En 1806 horas, officers responded to a residence in the 600 Block of Rosalinda Drive regarding 19-year old Nicholas Penaloza missing. No crime is suspected.

Nicholas was last seen at his residence around 1745 hours wearing a red shirt, tan shorts, and white sneakers. He is 5-6, 200, with short black hair.

En noviembre 22, 2013, entre las horas de 7:00 P.M. y 1:00 A.m., officers from the Oxnard Police Department conducted a DUI/Driver’s license checkpoint in the northbound lanes of Oxnard Blvd. north of Second Street.

Funcionarios seleccionados 789 motorists who passed through the checkpoint and conducted four DUI investigations on drivers who had been drinking alcohol and/or using drugs while driving. Of those investigations, one driver was arrested for driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, and one driver was arrested for driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and drugs and for being in possession of illegal drugs.

Citations were issued to seven drivers for various vehicle code violations. Eight drivers were issued citations for driving without a valid driver’s license, and three vehicles were towed from the checkpoint.

En noviembre 17, 2013 en aproximadamente 0625 horas, Oxnard Police responded to the 1700 Block of South Oxnard Boulevard in reference to the sexual assault of a female adult. The victim was transported to a near-by hospital where she was treated for minor injuries she sustained during the assault.

(Oxnard, California) En mayo 9, 2012 en alrededor 8:30 p.m. Oficiales Oxnard PD fueron enviados a la Gas Thrifty ubicada en 1501 En. Gonzales carretera en relación con un robo a mano.
