ON FRIDAY, Noviembre 30, 2007, EN APROXIMADAMENTE 0600 HORAS, OFFICERS FROM THE OXNARD POLICE DEPARTMENT RESPONDED TO A POSSIBLE SEXUAL ASSAULT THAT HAD JUST OCCURRED. LA VÍCTIMA FUE LOCALIZADO Y dijo a la policía LO SIGUIENTE: ELLA TIENE UN VÁLIDO VIOLENCIA DOMÉSTICA ORDEN DE RESTRICCIÓN CONTRA EL SOSPECHOSO. SOSPECHOSO VA A CASA Y PRESIONES DE LA VÍCTIMA DE LA VÍCTIMA EN DARLE UN PASEO a un par LUGARES DIFERENTES. El sospechoso tomó la llave ENCENDIDO DEL VEHÍCULO DE LA VÍCTIMA Y FUERZA TOMÓ SU TELÉFONO CELULAR DE SU mientras intentaba llamar a la policía. El sospechoso luego se sacó a la víctima a un garaje donde HE agredidas sexualmente HER.

EN diciembre 12, 2007, EN APROXIMADAMENTE 0400 HORAS, OFFICER MICHAEL ROBISON OBSERVES THE SUSPECT RIDING A BICYCLE IN THE 1000 BLK DEL SUR OXNARD BLVD. El sospechoso es contactado y puesto bajo custodia sin incidentes. El sujeto estaba reservado en el CÁRCEL DEL CONDADO DE VENTURA PARA LOS CARGOS DE ARRIBA MENCIONADOS. La fianza se fija AT 1,000,000.

Una investigación continúa.

Aproximadamente 11:40 esta mañana una 34 Mujer Oxnard años que acude a través de nuestro 911 sistema que ella acababa de ser asaltado en su casa. Los agentes respondieron con rapidez a un complejo de apartamentos en el 3100 bloque de Peninsula Road y en contacto con la víctima.

She reported that someone had knocked on her door, and upon answering the door she found a man standing there. He spoke to her briefly in Spanish and as she attempted to explain that she did not understand Spanish he forced his way into the apartment, knocked her to the floor, struck her and climbed on top of her.

Moments later the woman’s pet, un 16 year old sheepdog, came to her assistance. There was a scuffle between the suspect and the dog and the suspect may have been bitten. At that point he ran from the apartment.

The woman described her assailant as a Hispanic male, aproximadamente 35 year of age. He was approximately 5’ 7” and weighed about 130 libras. He spoke Spanish and was wearing blue jeans with some mud on them, a black hooded sweatshirt, and work boots. Llevaba gafas de sol con marcos cuadrados.

Sospechoso #2- H / M 18-19 año, 5-6” heavy build, short dark hair, clean shaven, wearing a black “T” shirt with light green and gray plaid shorts. Sospechoso # 3- H / M, juvenil, wearing a white long sleeve “T” shirt. Sospechoso #4- H / M, juvenil, unknown clothing.

DETALLES:

En 04/26/2011 en aproximadamente 1800 horas a las cuatro víctimas iban a pie hacia el sur a pie de Graves Ave. en la Avenida Classica. Se les acercaron por la espalda por los cuatro sospechosos.

Uno de los sospechosos produjo una pequeña pistola que los sospechosos se detuvieron a las víctimas y pidieron sus teléfonos celulares. DETALLES:

En 06-24-2011 Los oficiales observaron Juan Pina cuando intentaba robar más de 100 galones de gasolina. Pina estaba usando una bomba eléctrica para desviar la gasolina de los tanques de almacenamiento subterráneo en un gran contenedor de almacenamiento de agua en el interior de su vehículo. Ha habido por lo menos cinco robos similares en la misma ubicación en la última 30 día. El Departamento de Bomberos de Oxnard se encuentra actualmente en el manejo del vehículo como una situación de Haz-Mat escena. La propiedad de Wooley Gas es la única zona afectada, mientras que el equipo de Haz-Mat continúa su investigación.
