officers were dispatched to a possible interrupted residential burglary that
just occurred in the 200 cuadra de West First Street. The suspect fled the scene

broadcasted and responding units began searching the area. Los oficiales localizaron un
subject who matched the description at First Street and Oxnard Blvd. y
detained him for further investigation.
Officers interviewed the victim and
determined it was not a burglary. sin embargo, the resident reported the suspect
was looking through her front window. The suspect then walked around to the
side of the house and entered the backyard where the resident confronted the
suspect and threatened to call the police, at which time the suspect fled the
scene on foot.
