DETALLES:
The Oxnard Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing at risk adult. En 11/29/19, en 4:12 p.m., the department received a call of a missing at risk adult from a convalescent care home in the 1400 cuadra de West Gonzales Road. The missing person is Arturo Natividad. He was last seen at the care home today around 11:30 a.m. Natividad is described as a Hispanic, masculino, edad 64, 5’10”, 160 lbs., long black hair, ojos cafes, wearing a grey sweatshirt, grey sweatpants and slippers. It is believed that Natividad voluntarily left the facility however medical staff has advised that Natividad suffers from a potentially life threatening condition. Cualquiera que haya visto el Sr..
