SUBJECT: Commercial Burglary Arrest
LOCATION: Metro PCS-400 W Wooley Road, Oxnard
SUSPECT: Isaac Arrieta, 28-Year-Old Oxnard Resident; Erica Pedro, 37-Year-Old Oxnard Resident

On December 13, 2022, officers from the Oxnard Police Department responded to the Metro PCS store at 400 W Wooley Road in the City of Oxnard reference a commercial burglary. The suspect broke a window to the business, made entry, and stole several cellular phones as well as other merchandise.
Investigators from the Property Crimes Unit assumed responsibility for the investigation and were able to identify a residence in the 1100 block of South “L” Street as a possible location for the stolen property. Investigators from the Property Crimes Unit and Violent Crimes Unit served a search warrant at the location on “L” Street where they recovered the majority of the stolen property as well as a stolen silver 2002 Audi TT.
Isaac Arrieta was contacted at the location. Investigators located evidence identifying Arrieta as the burglary suspect and it was determined he also drove the stolen vehicle to the location. Erica Pedro was contacted at the location and found to be in possession of stolen property from the commercial burglary.
Arrieta was arrested for commercial burglary, possession of a stolen vehicle and possession of stolen property. Erica Pedro was arrested for possession of stolen property. Three additional subjects were arrested for charges unrelated to the burglary.
