On February 17th at about 8:30PM, officers from the Oxnard Police Department conducted a traffic stop for a vehicle code violation at Camino del Sol and Rose Avenue in Oxnard. The driver of the vehicle, a juvenile, was found to be unlicensed. The front passenger, Rodriguez, was found to be on searchable probation. During a search of the vehicle, officers located a loaded firearm under Rodriguez’ seat. Rodriguez was arrested for multiple firearm violations.
