DETAILS:
On 5-21-10 around 1530 hours, Oxnard Police Officers were dispatched to the intersection of Channel Island Boulevard and Rose Avenue regarding a fight.
Officers observed numerous suspected gang members fleeing the area on foot and in vehicles. A Blue sedan fleeing the area was stopped. The occupants were identified as being involved in the fight with rival gang members.
The one of the occupants had a crowbar hidden in his pants along with a folding knife. Information was also received to indicated the occupants of the vehicle conspired together to meet rival gang members to fight.
The occupants were arrested for being possession of a concealed weapon, fighting in public, conspiracy and the gang enhancement.
