DETAILS:
On 08/21/2010 at approximately 0220 hours officers were dispatched to the 2400 block of Alvarado Street regarding several shots heard in the area. When officers arrived they observed three subjects fleeing the area on foot. Two of the subjects were contacted and detained.
During the course of the investigation it was determined that the three subjects had broken into several vehicles in the neighborhood. A resident confronted the subjects from her balcony and during the confrontation one of the subjects shot at the resident with a pellet gun.
