On March 21, 2012 at 9:20 p.m., Oxnard PD officers responded to a report of a shooting victim in the 4400 block of Phoenix Drive. Officers located a 19-year-old male victim suffering from a minor gunshot wound to his foot.
The victim said that he was shot once while walking in the area. The suspect is described as a male wearing a mask. Officers do not know the motive for the shooting. The victim was taken to Saint John’s Regional Medical Center and treated for his injuries.
