DETAILS:
On 2-24-14 at about 1950 hours, officers from the Oxnard Police Department responded to a call of two stabbing victims in the area of Fremont Jr. High School. Once on scene, officers learned that this was an attempted robbery of two male juvenile victims, and that this occurred in the 1100 Block of Glenwood Street.
The suspects were described as one 20 year old black male, 5’7”, 160#, wearing dark clothing, and one Hispanic male, 5’8”, heavy build, wearing dark clothing. No property was taken during the assault.
Both victims suffered stab wounds. The wounds were not considered life threatening. Both were transported to local hospitals for further treatment.
The investigation is on-going.
