DETAILS:
On 11/21/2013, at approximately 0522 hours, Officers responded to a vehicle burglary in progress in the 3000 block of Taffrail Lane. Upon arrival, officers found a retired Oxnard Police Department Sergeant detaining the suspect with the assistance of the 20 year old victim. The suspect was taken into custody without further incident. Officers located burglary tools and other evidence to support the crime. The investigation is continuing.
