DETAILS: Zayra was found at a local park at about 3:17 a.m. She is safe and has been returned to her family.

On 3/23/13 at 2129 hours, the Oxnard Police Department was notified regarding a critical missing; Zayra Rosales. She was last seen on March 23, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. in the 200 Block of South Bonita Ave in Oxnard.
Zayra is a Hispanic female, 5 feet tall, weighs 100 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. Zayra was last seen wearing blue sweatshirt and blue jeans and white shoes.
Oxnard PD officers are checking possible known locations where Zayra has been in the past.
