DETAILS:(OXNARD, Calif) – On March 30, 2016 at approximately 1:30 p.m., Harlen Jackson, formerly of the Environmental Resources department in the City of Oxnard, was arrested and cited on misdemeanor charges of petty theft. The criminal and administrative investigation is seeking information regarding alleged theft of services at the Environmental Resources Del Norte Facility. This investigation is still on-going.
Suspect Harlen Jackson was cited and released and the case has been referred to the District Attorney for further action.
