DETAILS: On June 22, 2017, at 10:16 PM, the Oxnard Police Department Communications Center received a call of two subjects walking with guns in-hand toward the Circle K Market. Officers were dispatched to the call, and upon their arrival encountered the two subjects as they were leaving the market carrying U.S. currency along with several other items taken from the market. Officers quickly detained and disarmed both subjects. During the robbery the two subjects threated to shoot the three (3) employees if they said anything. One of the firearms was later determined to be a pellet gun. Eber Olguin was charged with: Felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition, Robbery and Kidnapping. The juvenile was charged with: Robbery and Kidnapping. Eber Olguin was transported to Ventura County Jail. The juvenile is currently in custody at the Ventura County Juvenile Justice Center awaiting his hearing.
