On November 7, 2017, at approximately 7:50 p.m., officers from the Oxnard Police Department responded to a radio call of a subject disturbing in the 2100 block of North Ventura Road.
Officers arrived and detained Flores after he attempted to flee into an apartment complex. Officers found that Flores was in possession of a loaded semi-automatic handgun and narcotics. Flores is a documented gang member and a convicted felon being prohibited from possessing firearms. Flores was arrested for various gun, drug, and gang related charges.
