On Monday, November 29, 2021, at 1:18 a.m., officers with the Oxnard Police Department contacted felony wanted subject Raymond Rivas in the 3700 blk Saviers Rd, Oxnard. During a search, Rivas was found to be in possession of a loaded handgun. Rivas is a prohibited person from possessing firearms. Rivas was arrested for numerous firearm violations.
