DETAILS:
On 8-13-10 Officers from the Oxnard Police Department responded to a call of a burglary in progress to a business in the 100 block of North Oxnard Boulevard. Officers contacted an employee at the business and learned that he was the victim of an attempted robbery. No property was taken during the attempted robbery. The suspects fled the area on foot, however they were followed by an independent witness. The suspects were seen entering another closed business in the 100 block of North “C” Street and removing property. When officers arrived they located the suspects in the area and they were arrested. The property that was taken was recovered. Suspects Roman and Andrade were booked into Ventura County Jail. The juvenile was booked into Ventura County Juvenile Hall.
