(Oxnard, CA) On July 9, 2012 at about 1:30 a.m. a 19-year-old Oxnard man was walking in the area of 2500 N. Vineyard Avenue when a man jumped out of the bushes and confronted him. The suspect battered the victim, took some of the victim’s property and ran on foot toward the parking lot of the Jack in the Box.
The victim says the suspect was a Hispanic male, 5’9” 160 pounds, wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt and black pants. The suspect was not armed.
