DETAILS:
On 6/4/2013 at about 12:30AM, the Oxnard Police Department responded to the American Legion in the 2600 Block of Wagon Wheel Road regarding four persons on the roof, possibly trying to gain entry. When officers arrived, they made contact with the two male subjects outside of the business. The two females were eventually located hiding inside the business. Upon further investigation, all four subjects were arrested for burglary.
Suspects Martinez, Lowe, and Clark were also arrested for conspiracy to commit burglary. In addition, Lowe was also arrested for possession of stolen property.
Albert Martinezwas on the Post Release Offender (PRO) program. The PRO Program released non-violent, non-sexual, and non-serious offenders from custody pursuant to Assembly Bill 109.
