DETAILS:
On 6/2/14 at 2:30 P.M., the father of 7 year old Nadine Basquez came to the Oxnard police department to report that the child’s biological mother had picked her up from school. The mother, Brenda Quiroz does not have parental custody rights per a court order and should not have contact with Nadine without the father’s consent. Brenda made contact with the child at Marina West Elementary at approximately 1:30 P.M. and left with the girl by unknown means.
Officers and detectives are actively looking for Brenda Quiroz and Nadine Basquez. The Oxnard police department is asking the public’s assistance in locating them. The Department is asking anyone with information on the whereabouts of Brenda Quiroz and Nadine Basquez to immediately contact the Oxnard police department at (805) 385-7600 or dial 911.
