DETAILS:
On November 11, 2015 at approximately 8:48 a.m. a 55-year-old victim was collecting recyclables in the north alley of the 500 block of Eastwood Drive when the suspect drove eastbound through the alley, stopped next to the victim, and got out of the vehicle. The suspect had a short conversation with the victim and exposed himself to her. The suspect then grabbed the victim’s arm and pulled her towards his vehicle. The victim screamed and resisted at which time the suspect released her, ran to his car, and drove away eastbound in the alley. The suspect vehicle is only described as a white sedan.
