DETAILS:
On November 29, 2015 at approximately 12:40 PM, officers conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Martin Luther King Dr and Sonata Dr. Officers contacted three subjects in the vehicle which ultimately led them to search the vehicle and all three occupants.
Officers searched Ricardo Guerrero and found a loaded firearm in his possession. Guerrero immediately started fighting and resisting the officers when the firearm was located. Guerrero was taken into custody and arrested for possessing a loaded firearm and for resisting arrest.
