DETAILS:
On 10/26/15 at approximately 12:55 a.m., three males were seen removing the hood of a parked vehicle in the 2300 block of Oneida Place. Patrol officers were already in the area and were able to detain all three subjects as they attempted to walk off with the hood of the vehicle. The suspects were identified as 20 year-old Jesus Zamora, 19 year-old Erik Parra and 20 year-old Luis Giovanni Gonzalez, all Oxnard residents. The suspects were arrested for felony vehicle tampering.
