DETAILS:
The Oxnard Police Department is asking the public’s assistance in locating 81-year old Manuel Frutos. Frutos is a male, approximately 5-6, 145 pounds, with white hair and brown eyes. When last seen at 0600 hours, Mr. Frutos was wearing a black baseball cap, a dark blue jacket (with an American flag patch on the top of the left sleeve), blue jeans and black shoes. He left the 1400 block of East First Street in an unknown direction with no known destination. Manuel lives in Los Banos, CA and has no known friends or acquaintances in Oxnard.
Anyone with information as to Mr. Frutos’ whereabouts are urged to contact the Oxnard Police Department’s communication center at (805) 385-7740.
UPDATE: Officers located missing person, Manuel Frutos, in the 1600 Block of North Rose Avenue. Frutos was in good health and not injured.
