DETAILS:
On 02/17/14 at approximately 1838 hours, officers were dispatched to the 2000 block of Mariposa Street in regards to a shooting. When officers and EMS personnel arrived they located two male subjects that had been shot. One of the male subjects died as a result of his injuries. The victim was identified as 24 year old, Joshua Van.
Investigators are attempting to locate the person shown in the surveillance photo. Investigators believe that he may have vital information that will help identify the possible suspect/s.
