On December 7, 2013, at about 11:52 A.M., officers responded to the 1800 block of Napoleon Avenue after receiving a call of gunshots fired from a vehicle. When officers arrived, they located several bullet strikes into a house and a vehicle in the 1800 block of Napoleon Avenue. No one was struck by the gunfire.
Witnesses told officers that a red sedan, occupied by at least two male subjects, approached the residence. A passenger got out of the vehicle and fired several rounds from a handgun towards the residence. The vehicle fled the area.
