DETAILS: On 09/25/13 at approximately 2317 hours, officers were dispatched to the 2400 block of Alvarado Street regarding a stabbing. When officers arrived they located a male subject who had been stabbed. Despite emergency responders’ efforts to save the subject, he died as a result of his injuries.
The victim was a 24 year old Oxnard resident. His name is being withheld until his family is notified. Investigators are following up on several leads and motives at this time. The City of Oxnard offers a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of suspect(s) in homicide cases.
