On November 8, 2016, at 7:15 p.m., officers from the Oxnard Police Department were dispatched to investigate juveniles using narcotics in the 500 block of North Roosevelt Ave. Once on scene, the officers contacted five subjects. During a search of the individuals and the area, the officers found two of the subjects possessed a loaded short barreled shotgun and a dagger. Both of those juveniles were arrested and later booked into juvenile hall.
