DETAILS: On December 28, 2017, at approximately 7:30 p.m., Officers from the Oxnard Police Department responded to a call of a shooting victim in the 4400 block of Phoenix Drive, Oxnard. Officers located Michel (victim) who suffered from multiple gunshot wounds. Michel was transported to Ventura County Medical Center by ambulance where he underwent surgery and is currently listed in critical, but stable condition. The Oxnard Violent Crimes Unit is currently investigating the circumstances of the attack.
