DETAILS: On June 15, 2018, at approximately 2:00 p.m., Officers and investigators from the Violent Crimes Unit (VCU), Special Enforcement Unit (SEU) and K-9 Unit, located the victim’s vehicle at the intersection of Orange Drive @ Friedrich Road, occupied and parked on the shoulder of the road. Four (4) subjects immediately fled from the vehicle and were quickly apprehended by the officers on scene. Agustin Cruz was arrested for his involvement in the June 10, 2018 Car Jacking. Gilberto Lopez, Juan Haro, and Oscar Hernandez were arrested for their actions stemming from today’s incident. All (4) subjects were subsequently booked at Ventura County Jail on various felony charges.
