On February 22, at approximately 8:43 p.m., officers from the Special Enforcement Unit (gang unit) contacted several subjects in the 800 blk of Jane Dr., in the city of Port Hueneme. One of the subjects immediately identified by the officers was documented criminal street gang member Samuel Uribe, who had an outstanding felony warrant. Uribe was arrested for his warrant and officers discovered he was in possession of methamphetamine.
In the company of Uribe was Enrique Munoz and Adriana Ramos. Enrique Munoz was in possession of a concealed, unregistered handgun and was arrested for the felony firearms violation; Adriana Ramos was arrested for a misdemeanor warrant.
