DETAILS:
On January 26, 2020, at about 12:40 A.M., Oxnard police officers along with Emergency Medical Services (EMS) responded to the 3200 block of Sycamore Street for a reported stabbing victim. When officers arrived, they located a 24-year old Hispanic male lying on the ground suffering from multiple stab wounds. EMS arrived on scene and began emergency life saving measures. Unfortunately, the victim succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Homicide investigators are on scene and the investigation is ongoing. This is the City of Oxnard’s second homicide of this year.

The City of Oxnard offers a reward of $10,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of individuals responsible for committing homicides within the City.
