The Oxnard Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing at risk adult. On 11/29/19, at 4:12 p.m., the department received a call of a missing at risk adult from a convalescent care home in the 1400 block of West Gonzales Road. The missing person is Arturo Natividad. He was last seen at the care home today around 11:30 a.m. Natividad is described as a Hispanic, male, age 64, 5’10”, 160 lbs., long black hair, brown eyes, wearing a grey sweatshirt, grey sweatpants and slippers. It is believed that Natividad voluntarily left the facility however medical staff has advised that Natividad suffers from a potentially life threatening condition.
