On August 18, 2018, at approximately 5:15 p.m., officers from the Oxnard Police Department Special Enforcement Unit conducted a traffic enforcement stop in the area of Doris Avenue and A Street. During the officer’s contact with the occupants of the vehicle a loaded handgun was located belonging to Quintero. He was arrested and charged with violating Penal Code section 25400(a)(3) carrying a concealed firearm in a vehicle.
