DETAILS: On November 12, 2017, at 6:30 pm, Oxnard police officers located Salinas driving in the area of north Oxnard. Salinas, who is wanted on felony charges for driving a stolen vehicle, fled from the officers when the officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop. Ultimately, the pursuit culminated in the City of Camarillo when Salinas struck another vehicle at the intersection of Arneill Road at Pondarosa Drive, rendering both vehicles inoperable.
