DETAILS:
On June 12, 2018, at 2:09 A.M., the Oxnard Police Department Communications Center received a burglary alarm from a restaurant in the 100 Block of E. Fifth Street. Oxnard Police Officers were dispatched to the location to check the business.
Officers arrived on scene and heard objects being broken inside of the business. Several additional officers and a K9 were dispatched to the location. Officers set up a containment around the restaurant when the suspect, Ricardo Carmona, exited the front of the business. Carmona surrendered and was taken into custody without incident. Carmona was charged with commercial burglary.
